Incidentally, I agree with Pedro re the closest link with Bergsonian intuition is through mindfulness meditation. My only issue with mindfulness is that as a practice (and my understanding) is it involves engaging with the present moment through our senses “letting our thoughts float by” but that, I think becomes a very spatial representation of mindfulness. Because we are just engaging with our juxtaposed senses in the moment and ignoring how our past senses interpenetrate with our present.
The past (the base of the cone) is a representation of true memory. According to Bergson true memory is our past interpenetrating our present and that we are never really in the “present moment”. So I think the current method of mindfulness misses the process of reflection as in how our past, if we reflect, how it infiltrates (interpenetrate) our “present”.
Additionally, i wonder if it would also mean that our present moment
