Excellent summary and discussion. A true INTEGRAL consideration, in my view, covering philosophy, the leading-edge of science, and a deep sense of spirituality (Logos), even including traditional religions (when interpreted in a more esoteric framework). I find Matt Segall to be the most intelligent, heart-felt (and prolific) integral philosopher out there today -- thank you for your excellent stream of work... I am always enthralled and appreciative. Blessings, Brad

I deeply enjoyed this discussion. I will be hashing these topics around in my thinking for a long time. Thank you.

Thank you for your clear wordings here and in general. It helps me to rebalance myself in a world that appears to be attracted to the impersonal and un-intimate (isolating) while I live from, and long for, a shared sense of underlying wholeness and natural momentum. In the coming years I will be trying to find my footing in the current storm of artificiality and subtle (or not so subtle) reductionisms. I especially care about the possible detrimental psychological symptoms this early 21st century Zeitgeist might evoke on a large scale, like depersonalisation and dissociation. This probably gradual and thus largely invisible process can go on next to the potential of AI providing new possibilities for holding multiple perspectives and allowing for a deeper integration and seamless flow of our personal and joint experiences. I am guessing that the healthy actualisation of the latter will indeed ask for a leap in the further expansion and refinement of our consciousness. A quality of consciousness I think Vedic wisdom teacher Maharishi Mahesh Yogi would have called God-consiousness. An ever refining consciousness I am personally assuming to be necessary in order to be able to 'stand' the evolutionary tension that naturally goes with moving into human evolutionary Third Tier stages, together with AI apparently.

I am sure your dialogues will provide a lot of pondering points in this area.

Thanking you beforehand,

Mar

It's obvious you're a beginner because you're using lists and headings, which is how you tell everyone its chatgpt by its form. Bullet points are 90's office ideology together with Powerpoint. After you get rid of those you need to get rid of the keywords it sneaks into your text. You'll start noticing those when you use it for a long time

I wouldn’t want to hide when I am using ChatGPT

It's not about hiding, it's about the quality of the output. A painter doesn't just throw paint on paper randomly but applies it with tools in a certain way, no matter what he uses along with a typical paintbrush. It's the same here, the very format of headings and lists is a joke to avojd normal text, which the software produces without problems

I might be wrong Simon but doesn’t this head the transcript/summary?

Might be barking up wrong tree ! David Peet

I personally appreciate the ChatGPT outline and am not offended in any way; I see it simply as a constructive tool. Not sure why it is so bothersome to you.
